Starpoint Properties to Build 155k sf Industrial Facility in Central Denver

6/09/22

Starpoint Properties plans to construct a new, 155k sf Class A, LEED-certified, state of the art industrial/warehouse project on 9.5 acres in central Denver. The two-building complex, named Point Central Business Park, is strategically located at 1051 E 73rd Ave.

Point Central Business Park will comprise two buildings totaling 81.8k sf and 73.6k sf. The buildings offer office space to suit, clerestory windows, high parking ratio, monument and building signage, a combined 25 dock doors and four drive-in doors, and other modern design and functionality elements.

The project location provides excellent access to I-25, I-76, I-270, US-36, and I-70 and is within minutes from downtown Denver and proximate to Denver International Airport. The property is also within the Adams County Enterprise Zone offering economic and tax incentives. Groundbreaking is scheduled for July, with completion anticipated in the summer of 2023.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Drew McManus, SIOR, Ryan Searle and Bryan Fry are leading thr leasing efforts for the project.

“Point Central Business Park is the next premier industrial development in central Denver,” said McManus. “Ideally situated in Denver’s central industrial submarket and at the center of connectivity, the project’s infill location provides tenants with immediate access to all of Denver’s primary interstates within minutes and encompasses Metro Denver’s largest labor pool. The thoughtful design of both buildings also allows for flexible divisibility to suit a wide range of company sizes.”
