The Ridge, a new 65-unit multifamily in Los Angeles’ Silverlake neighborhood, has been completed and is 100% leased up. The indoor/outdoor-inspired multifamily property, located at 3160 Riverside Dr, adjacent to Griffith Park, is a development of Bolour Associates Inc.
Residents at The Ridge enjoy a main lobby that is connected to a landscaped interior courtyard and an on-site gym with a patio offering seating and direct mountain views. The building’s rooftop deck is designed with seating areas, fireplaces and a barbeque station with views of both the city and mountains.
Interiors at The Ridge feature generous living spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances and best-in-class finishes including engineered hardwood floors, Calcutta gold porcelain kitchen counters and modern Italian cabinetry. Each home includes large sliding doors leading to a spacious balcony, many with views of Griffith Park or San Gabriel Valley.
The Ridge includes generous gated/covered parking for residents and guests, keyless entry system for the building, all-property Wi-Fi service and digital package delivery lockers. Four units at the project are designated for affordable housing.
The project is located in the heart of Silverlake with easy freeway access and quick connections to downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, Los Feliz, Atwater Village and Echo Park. It is minutes from popular shopping and dining, and adjacent to Griffith Park, known for a variety of amenities including an equestrian center, tennis courts, the Autry museum, Griffith Observatory, Los Angeles Zoo, and hiking, biking and walking destinations in one of the LA Basin’s most popular natural attractions.
The Ridge is Bolour’s second recent multifamily delivery in the Los Angeles basin. The first is Urban Hartsook, located in the heart of North Hollywood. According to Bolour Chief Operating Officer David Yang, the project takes its cues from nearby Griffith Park, giving residents a natural aesthetic while still maintaining a modern community and location in the heart of LA.
