White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT purchased a 38.1k sf, medical office property in Henderson, NV for $18.8 mil ($493/sf). The property is located at 2779 W. Horizon Ridge, in close proximity to Dignity Health’s hospital campus.
NKF’s Mark Schuessler and Mike Tabeek represented both the buyer and the seller, Stable Development, in the transaction.
“The project’s impressive credit tenancy and highly-desirable West Henderson location are what attracted the buyer to this long-term investment,” said Schuessler.
