Danhydra, a provider of tool solutions for wind power, signed a long-term lease for an entire two-building, 95.7k sf industrial/flex facility in Loveland, CO. Headquartered in Denmark, the tenant is relocating its Americas operation from nearby Commerce City, CO.
The Loveland facility, located at 5100 Boyd Lake Ave, underwent multiple remodel and expansions during 2012, 2013 and 2014. It is owned by Monomoy Properties.
5100 Boyd Lake Ave is strategically located adjacent to the Fort Collins/Loveland Regional Airport and with great access to Interstate 25, the main corridor providing user access to the entire Northern Colorado region, as well as Highway 392 and Highway 34.”
Both buildings have a minimum clear height sloping from 32’ to 27’ which allow for a variety industrial uses and functional layouts for warehousing and fabrication/assembly. There are multiple overhead cranes located within the property and thirteen overhead drive-in doors. The property also features modern private offices, break room and conference room, and offers heavy power, security system, and a fully fenced yard with multiple gated access points. There is a rail spur connecting the property to the Union Pacific railroad.
In addition to its accessibility, quality and functionality, Danhydra selected the location due in part to its proximity to one of its key product suppliers. The recently renovated, flexible and highly functional facility sits on an abundant 13.5-acre site.
Jared Goodman and Tyler Murray with Cushman & Wakefield Fort Collins represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was repped by Tom Myers and Jake Cook with Unique Properties. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
