Sidra Real Estate Inc has awarded the office leasing assignment for two buildings in Houston’s Riverway submarket to Transwestern Real Estate Services. The buildings are 2 Riverway, a 369.5k sf office building, and 4900 Woodway, a 122.9k sf office building.
2 Riverway and 4900 Woodway are located on one of the most strategic thoroughfares in Houston, Woodway Drive, which links the Memorial villages and Tanglewood with downtown Houston and provides unmatched accessibility to Interstate 10 and Houston’s Inner Loop. The Class A building at 2 Riverway features a new fitness center with locker rooms, a coffee shop and café, as well as an updated lobby, common areas, and corridors. 4900 Woodway offers excellent views of Memorial Park, the Galleria and downtown Houston.
The assignment is being handled by Transwestern’s Louann Pereira, Doug Little and Matthew Seliger.
