PMRG has completed work on Henderson Medical Plaza, an 85k sf, multi-tenant comprehensive medical office building and surgery center in Henderson, NV. The project, located at 1050 Galleria Drive will be an integral part of the medical campus, adjoining the recently constructed Henderson Hospital which opened in October 2016. Henderson Medical Plaza will focus on outpatient care and, in addition to the ambulatory surgery center, will include internal medicine and primary care complimented by a variety of specialty practice groups.
Along with PMRGs Healthcare Advisory Group, the Henderson Medical Plaza team is comprised of Dallas-based GSR Andrade Architecture, and SR Construction Inc as the general contractor. GSR Andrade designed a unique 4-story building to compliment the exterior façade of the hospital, providing an aesthetically pleasing and cohesive campus.
Henderson Hospital and Henderson Medical Plaza are advantageously positioned to complement Union Village, an integrated health village; creating a modern community-based medical complex to meet the growing populations needs. This master-planned community is the first truly comprehensive, integrated health village of its kind. It is expected to ultimately integrate the healthcare center to include senior living facilities, skilled nursing, fitness centers, and residential housing.
