Premier Business Centers® will be opening their fourth executive office suite location in Texas, and first in Allen, TX. This latest, 16.5k sf, location is within Allen Central Park, located at 700 South Central Expwy. It is set to open in fall of 2016.
Premier’s newest center will provide clients with varied office solutions including: 75 dedicated office spaces, medium and large size conference rooms, and a flexible day office, coupled with staffed reception, a full kitchen, on-site management and administrative assistance.
Premier’s offerings will include full-service, flexible-term offices designed for one or more people, with offices starting at 100 sf in size. In addition, meeting rooms will be available for full-time office tenants, virtual office clients and walk-ins alike, and can be booked by the hour, day, or week. Mobile business professionals will have access to day-offices rentable by the hour, day or week as well. Even businesses from around the world will benefit from this new location with Allen virtual address options.
