We’ve got two leases totaling 21.7k sf to report at The Park at Woodinville, a five-building, Class A warehouse complex in the Seattle-adjacent Eastside industrial market. The deals include a new lease for 9k sf by Advanced Protective Coating and a renewal for 12.7k sf by Dan Terry & Associates.
