PRES Real Advisors LLC completed the purchase of a 111.3k sf office building in Santa Ana for $20.5 mil, or $184/sf. The property, known as the Wells Fargo Building was sold by House of Sportsmen Inc in an off-market deal.
The 12-story building is located at 2700 N. Main St, just south of the 22 Fwy on east side of I-5. It is adjacent to Santa Ana's Main Place Shopping Mall near Orange County's famous Orange Crush, where the 5/22/57 Freeways intersect.
Marshal Vogt and Jaimeson Hearne of the Lee & Associates – Orange office represented both parties in the transaction. The buyer plans to reposition the property to provide one of the most vibrant office environments in the Central Orange County market.
