MultiView Inc agreed to a 109.6k sf lease renewal for the digital marketing company’s corporate headquarters in the Dallas area. The firm is at One Panorama Center, located at 7701 Las Colinas Ridge in Irving.
One Panorama Center, an eight-story, Class A office tower, is highly visible and easily accessible at the intersection of LBJ Freeway/Interstate 635 and President George Bush Turnpike/State Highway 161. The property is only 10 minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and minutes from the amenity-rich MacArthur Blvd.
The bulding is owned by Regent Properties, who acquired the asset in October 2014 and has since implemented extensive interior and exterior improvements. They were repped in the deal by Duane Henley and Nathan Durham of Transwestern. John Fulton, SIOR, also with Transwestern, repped MultiView in the transaction.
“After an extensive search for space in northwest Dallas, One Panorama Center proved to be the best fit for MultiView’s creative culture,” said Fulton. “The new building ownership is making extensive upgrades to the property and offered a competitive deal structure, both of which were key elements in MultiView’s decision to stay at One Panorama Center.”
