Jade Enterprises purchased a five-property, 350k sf office portfolio in West Los Angeles. The assets were acquired free and clear of debt for an undisclosed amount.
The recently renovated portfolio is currently 91% leased. It consists of the following properties:
• Beverly Atrium, at 350 South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills
• 2730 Wilshire Blvd in Santa Monica
• 1950 Sawtelle Blvd in Los Angeles
• 11075 Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles
• Bristol Plaza, at 6167 Bristol Pkwy in Culver City
All of the properties have easy access to the I-10 and I-405 freeways, and are about 15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport and Santa Monica Airport.
Ryan Gallagher, Todd Tydlaska and Andrew Harper of HFF represented the seller in the deal.
