Cohen Financial has arranged three financings totaling $106.29 mil for a San Francisco-based multifamily commercial real estate owner/investor.
One of the deals was a $39.5 mil refi loan on a portfolio of four properties. The portfolio included three multifamily properties located in San Rafael, totaling 127 units, plus a 71.7k sf, multi-tenant office building located in San Francisco. The lender was Prime Finance.
Another transaction entailed arranged a $7.91 mil refi loan on a multifamily over commercial property in San Francisco. The lender was Bank of Marin. This property consists of 40 apartment units over five commercial spaces.
The third deal was a $58.88 mil acquisition loan for the purchase of Willow Creek Apartments & Townhomes, a gated apartment community located in Kansas City, MO. The property features 986 units located in 42 buildings.
