Pine Tree Commercial Realty LLC has obtained $24.8 mil in financing for Hazel Dell Towne Center, a 264.2k sf retail center in Vancouver, WA.
Situated on 41.7 acres, Hazel Dell Towne Center is visible from Interstate 5, which runs directly into Portland, OR, across the Columbia River. Built between 2005 and 2007, the 84-percent-leased center is home to a variety of national and local tenants, including Kohl’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petco, Office Depot, Party City, Payless ShoeSource, Supercuts and a Target shadow-anchor.
HFF’s Bruce Ganong, Casey Davidson and Brandon Roth arranged the five-year, floating-rate loan, which was funded through East West Bank.
