Riverbend Center, a 188.4k sf, industrial/flex property in Fort Worth, traded hands between investors. The property is located at 2301 – 2435 Gravel Dr and 7401 – 7445 Pebble Dr, west of I-820 and south of Airport Fwy. The price was not disclosed.
The four-building property was 90 percent leased at the time of sale. Riverbend Center has been well-maintained by ownership and includes 5k sf of excess land for potential additional parking.
Transwestern’s Senior Vice President Steve Rowland, Principal Jeff Givens and Associate Tracy Georges represented the seller, Klabzuba Realty LLC. The buyer, Riverbend Complex LLC, was repped by Todd Lambeth of Colliers International.
“This transaction is a superior example of an investor buying and stabilizing an asset after the economic downturn,” said Rowland. “Klabzuba was able to capitalize on the market’s recent growth and momentum to achieve a solid return on investment.”
