NBS Financial Services has arranged $11.3 mil in refi money for Northpointe Office Plaza, a 108.4k sf office building in Spokane. The borrower was Northpointe Office Building LLC.
Built in 1995, Northpointe Office Plaza is located at 605 E Holland Ave, just north of the city’s downtown and part of the growing Wandermere suburb. It is fully leased with both traditional office and medical users. Over the past few years, Wandermere has become a major attraction for new office and retail development.
NBS’ Wally Harding and Mick Stapleton arranged the loan, which was funded by Genworth Life Insurance. It has a 20-year term and a 20-year amortization.
