In a recent office lease comp in Vancouver, WA, Eagle Home Mortgage inked a deal for 8.3k sf of space at the 805 Broadway Building, Vancouver’s largest Class A office tower. Eagle, a leading lender in the region, is planning a Jan 1 occupancy of the space, following tenant improvement work.
NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Associate Vice President Doug Bartocci and Vice President Tamara Fuller represented the property owner, RS Holdings LLC. Cresa Portland Principal Eric Turner of Cresa Portland represented Eagle Home Mortgage, a subsidiary of Universal American Mortgage Company, which is a division of Lennar Corporation, an S&P 500 real estate and financial services leader.
RS Holdings is a part of Schlesinger Companies, a fourth generation owner and developer in the Pacific Northwest. The 805 Broadway Building, which was built in 1982, contains 207.2k sf over 10 floors.
