In a large industrial lease comp out of Las Vegas, Global Industrial Distribution agreed to a deal for 464.2k sf of space in a 123-month deal worth $21.8 mil ($0.38/sf/mo). The property, located at 3700 Bay Lake Trail in North Las Vegas, is owned by global industrial property owner Prologis.
Amy Ogden of Commerce Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the deal. The landlord was repped by Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft and Zac Zaher of Voit Real Estate Services.
In a smaller deal, Page Operations signed a 39-month, $1.12 mil lease for 24.9k sf ($1.15/sf/mo) of space in Las Vegas. The property is located at 770 Pilot Rd, adjacent to I-215 on th south side of McCarran International Airport.
Commerce Cushman & Wakefield’s Ogden repped the tenant in this transaction as well. Voit’s Higgins, Toft and Zaher brokered the landlord, Hughes Airport Realty Owner LLC, in this lease.
