In a Nevada medical office property buy, a 12.5k sf building sold for $3.8 mil, or just over $300/sf. The building is located at 330 Lola Lane in Pahrump, located about 65 miles west of Las Vegas on the Nevada side of the border with California.
The buyer was Doodle Properties LLC #6, a Nevada limited liability company. They were represented by Denny Welsand of Welsand and Associates. The seller, Pahrump-Zim LLC, was repped by Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling of MDL Group.
