SAN BERNARDINO (San Bernardino County) – A 1031 exchange buyer paid $2.975 mil for a 21.3k sf retail property located at 228 West Hospitality Lane. Built in 1989, the property is anchored by Soup Plantation. It was 88 percent occupied at the time of sale. Alan Krueger and Steven Schechter of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a partnership. The buyer was 2230 W. Lincoln LLC.

VALLEJO (Solano County) -- The Habit Burger Grill leased 3.2k sf and Sprint - Elite Wireless leased 1.4k sf at the recently opened Gateway Plaza in Vallejo. Annie Jabuka of Terranomics Retail Services represented The Habit Burger Grill. Scott Turner of Retail West repped Sprint – Elite Wireless. Brixmor is the owner of Gateway Plaza and was represented by in-house exec Gavin Gray.

PLEASANTON (Alameda County) – In the latest activity at Rose Pavilion, CareMore medical center took 9.7k sf, JJ's Threading Salon leased 1.3k sf and Rose Massage inked a deal for 1.4k sf. Rose Pavilion is located one half mile south of I-580, in the northwest corner of the intersection at Santa Rita Rd and Rosewood Dr. Stephen P. Sapunor of Corporate Realty Associates represented CareMore. Brixmor is the owner of Rose Pavilion and was repped in-house by Gavin Gray with Brixmor.

SAN DIEGO (San Diego County) -- An investor paid $1.56 mil for the Ironside Warehouse Building, a 4.5k sf building located at 1654 India St. The buyer plans to renovate the warehouse into a retail building for a restaurant tenant. The seller of the property was the Robert Robinson Family Trust and the buyer was India St Investors LLC, Brian Caine managing member. Victor Krebs and Rob Morgan of Colliers International handled the sale of the property.

OAKLAND (Alameda County) -- Diving Dog Brewhouse leased 3.6k sf of inline space at 1802 Telegraph Ave in Oakland. A brand new concept, Diving Dog Brewhouse will feature a craft beer bar with brew-on-premises equipment, allowing individuals to brew their own beer on-site while also enjoying a wide selection of local craft beers. Diving Dog will be the newest addition to the Uptown Oakland scene and is located directly across the street from the Fox Theatre, Make Westing, and Rudy’s Can’t Fail Café (owned by Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt). Currently underway on interior improvements, Diving Dog is scheduled to open later this year. They were repped by Cameron Baird with Terranomics Retail Services The property is owned by KMTJ Investments, LP.
