RENTV’s latest Hot Transactions report covers the San Gabriel Valley and LA’s Mid-Cities area, a region that extends southeast of downtown to communities such as Commerce, Whittier, Montebello, Vernon, Downey, Pico Rivera and Santa Fe Springs.
