Our latest Executive Subscriber report will update you on the past 12 months of closed deals from the South Bay, an important SoCal region that covers the LAX area south through Long Beach. Other cities in the report include Torrance, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Manhattan Beach, Gardena, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Seal Beach. The report, which looks at closed office, industrial and retail lease and sale transactions from the past year, is a great source of comps for brokers, appraisers, owners, tenants, investors and anybody else who wants to keep on top of values and activity from the region.
