A 5.98-acre land parcel in Las Vegas traded for $8 mil, The site, located at 5095 E. El Campo Ave, is zoned for industrial use and provides easy access to Interstates 15 and 215.
The parcel is Union Pacific Railroad rail adjacent with a 14-car capacity and is within the North Las Vegas submarket. Plans for the parcel have not been disclosed by the unnamed buyer.
Chris Lexis and Joe Leavitt with Avison Young represented the seller, ROC. This parcel was excess land no longer needed by ROC for its operations.
“This site was in very high demand and we received multiple offers,” said Lexis. “Las Vegas continues to see a significant amount of demand for land and assets across all sectors as the region has been experiencing positive economic activity and growth.”
