In a recent AZ land trade, Armstrong Capital Development paid $3.4 mil for a 4.29-acre land parcel for future commercial development in Buckeye. The site is located at the northeast corner of Watson Rd and I-10.
James DeCremer, Matt Milinovich and Alec Miller with Abison Young represented the seller, Phoenix-based North I-10 Five LLC. The buyer was repped by Alex Clark at Common Bond Development Group.
“This parcel is well-located at a regionally significant interchange that is visible from Interstate 10 and is directly across the street from more than 300 homes that are coming soon,” said DeCremer. “Buckeye is one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities and there is considerable demand for residential, retail, medical and other commercial development.”
