A 64k sf, 33-bed acute medical center in Great Bend, KS traded for $39.9 mil. Completed in 2000 with most recent renovations in 2012, the property is a two-story, acute medical center that is 100% occupied by the University of Kansas Hospital Authority.
The University of Kansas Healthcare System, Great Bend Medical Care Center, is located in Great Bend, less than one mile from Route 56, approximately 1.5 miles from Route 281, and a 10-minute drive from the Great Bend Municipal Airport. Highway 56 provides access to Salina, Topeka and Wichita. Wichita is the largest city in Kansas and is located 116 miles southeast of the property.
The property was sold by Livingston Capital, who acquired the asset in December 2018. The company was repped in the deal by Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman and Mike Shepard with JLL Capital Markets.
