A SoCal-based private investor has purchased Chauncey Lane Medical Offices, a 22.2k sf, medical office building in north Scottsdale, AZ, for $7.85 mil ($353/sf). The single-story, multi-tenant medical and office building was 100% leased to a roster including allergy, sleep, posture, kidney, and financial services tenants.
Chauncey Lane Medical Offices is located at 6970 E Chauncey Lane providing convenient freeway access to Loop 101 and is a short distance from Mayo Clinic Phoenix Campus and HonorHealth’s Thompson Peak. The property is ideally positioned in the robust and well-established Scottsdale Cure Corridor, a healthcare and bio-life science corridor.
The seller, Talia Jevan Properties Inc, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Alexandra Loye.
“Chauncey Lane is a high quality, very stable asset with a desirable synergistic mix of medical and professional office tenants,” said Wichterman. “The property consists of small and medium sized suites and is also within a short distance of two major hospital campuses.”
