Jess Hall's Serendipity, a Fort Worth-based seasoning and spices company, has inked a lease for 40k sf of industrial space located at 2951 Suffolk Drive in Fort Worth. The building is located within the Suffolk Business Park.
For more than 45 years, Jess Hall's Serendipity has created spice blends and hot sauces for customers in numerous locations and countries. The new location offers proximity to its current location at 2920 Shotts St in Fort Worth.
Suffolk Business Park is a 116k sf project comprised of four multi-tenant light industrial buildings in the desirable and fast-growing area of south-central Fort Worth. The site is nearly seven acres and is zoned K-Heavy Industrial, allowing for flexibility with tenant uses.
Transwestern’s Kyle Poulson and Gibson Duwe provided tenant advisory services for Jess Hall's Serendipity. George Jennings and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, DFW SB Industrial. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Jess Hall's Serendipity has been bringing bold flavors to the dinner table for decades. This added facility not only increases their real estate footprint, but allows them to keep growing their business,” said Gibson.
