In a recent AZ retail trade, The Park at Chandler, a 111.5k sf shopping center in Chandler, sold for $12.4 mil ($111/sf). The Park at Chandler encompasses an expansive 20.89 acres and was 100% occupied at the time of the sale. It is located at the southwest corner of Alma School Rd and Chandler Blvd.
The seller was Arizona-based Grossman/Robson Associates, a 40-year partnership of two of Arizona’s iconic real estate companies, Grossman Company Properties and East State Street Limited Partnership, an Ed Robson family company. They were repped in the deal by Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert with Cushman & Wakefield.
“The Park at Chandler is an infill, grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center located in the heart of affluent Chandler, Arizona. The buyer was attracted to its strong demographics as well as the fact that the opportunity included a national grocer, and several freestanding retail building,” said Schubert.
