Transwestern Investment Group and Stanmore Partners have teamed up to develop Stanmore Warner Ranch, a 336-unit multifamily project in Round Rock, TX. The project is located at 2630 S. A.W. Grimes Blvd, near major employment centers in North Austin and Round Rock.
With seven garden-style buildings, the property will offer tenants a high-end community amenity package including a resident lounge, business center, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, courtyards with outdoor seating and a dog park. Interior units will feature a Class A finish-out consisting of custom shaker-style kitchen cabinetry, chrome hardware, hard-surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, and washer/dryer sets. The four-story buildings are served by elevators and air-conditioned corridors, with ample parking in a combination of surface, tuck-under and garage spaces.
Situated along the I-35 corridor at the intersection of South A.W.
