A local investment entity acquired a fully leased, 30k sf flex/industrial building in Fort Collins, CO for $4.75 mil, or $158/sf. The property is located at 825 SW Frontage Rd, adjacent to Interstate 25 at the crossroad of Hwy 14.
The property is situated on 2.7 acres of land with fenced outside storage, and features large product showrooms, warehouse and light manufacturing. It has been remodeled multiples times, in 1989, 2004 and most recently in 2012, since it was originally developed.
