ViaWest Group has completed construction on two spec industrial buildings in the Chandler Airport submarket. The structures, located at the southwest corner of Willis Rd and Hamilton, total 140.4k sf of space.
The two general industrial buildings, 65.9k sf and 74.5k sf, divisible to 13k-35k sf, feature 28-foot clear height, ESFR sprinklers, a mix of dock-high and grade doors, and a 180-foot shared concrete gated truck court. Each building has spec suites complete and are virtually move-in ready. This completes Phase II of the AZ 202 Commerce Park; Phase I, a build-to-suit for PODS® Moving and Storage, delivered in April of 2018.
Andy Markham, Mike Haenel, and Phil Haenel of Cushman & Wakefield are marketing the new buildings for lease, and ViaWest will handle property management.
The buildings are located just south of Willis Rd east of Arizona Ave and are less than half a mile from a full-diamond interchange on Santan 202 Fwy. The site features excellent freeway access, visibility from both the east and westbound 202, proximity to both executive and employee housing, and is in the core of the Southeast Valley employment area.
