CBD Emporium, a health and wellness company specializing in hemp-derived CBD products, inked a 7.5-year, $1.5 mil lease for a 16.5k sf ($1.00/sf/mo) flex/industrial building in Phoenix. The property will serve as the new corporate headquarters for the tenant.
The property is located at 2424 W. Desert Cove Ave, just east of I-17. It features large offices for the executive and administrative teams, as well as a fully air-conditioned distribution warehouse.
Carter Wilson and David Wilson with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and the landlord, a California-based private investor, in the transaction.
