PRP has recapitalized the FedEx Office Headquarters, a 263.6k sf, Class A office building located in the Legacy West submarket of Plano, TX. PRP originally acquired the property at 7900 Legacy Drive in November of 2017 for $79.65 mil. Built in 2015, the asset is fully leased to FedEx Corporation as the FedEx Office and Print Services Global Headquarters.
7900 Legacy Drive is located within Legacy West, a 250-acre mixed-use development featuring 5 msf of office space, over 470 hotel rooms, and 300k sf of high-end shopping with restaurants and other retail.
“Legacy West’s amenities offer an enticing amenity package to its visitors and workforce and has attracted some of the world’s largest and most successful corporations to its tenancy,” stated Paul Dougherty, President of PRP. “Part of the draw is the central location.
