Westcore and The Opus Group have teamed up to develop a 720k sf, three-building industrial project on 51 acres of land in Avondale, AZ, a submarket of Phoenix. The Class A project is expected to break ground in October 2020 for delivery between June and August of 2021.
The development will include two single-loaded buildings of 162k sf and 170k sf, well suited for two to four tenants, as well as one 390k sf, cross-dock building well suited for one to two tenants. The project fronts I-10 and sits between two diamond interchanges at Fairway Drive and Avondale Blvd.
Bo Mills, Marc Hertzberg, Riley Gilbert and Tony Lydon with JLL represented The Opus Group in the transaction. Westcore has awarded the marketing assignment for the project to Hertzberg, Gilbert and Lydon.
