A private investor out of Dallas purchased three single-tenant properties occupied by DaVita Dialysis in the Dallas metropolitan area. The portfolio is comprised of DaVita North in Plano, DaVita East in Garland, and DaVita Central in Dallas. The total price was $8.1 mil.
Patrick Barnes with Avison Young represented the seller, a private investor from California. The buyer was repped by Christopher Goodman-Triolo of NLF Advisors.
This portfolio offered an investor zero landlord responsibilities and a stable tenant with corporate guaranteed leases in place, said Barnes. Well-located, single-tenant medical assets leased by nationally recognized brands such as DaVita are highly coveted and, because of that, this offering received considerable investor interest.

481 Shiloh Road, Plano This 8.4k sf property was built in 2008 and is situated on 1.29 acres. It is a half mile from Methodist Richardson Hospital and is adjacent to a senior living home.
776 E. Centerville Road, Garland This 7.4k sf building was built in 1992 and is situated on 0.8 acres. It is situated in a major commercial corridor and is within a 100% occupied shopping center.
805-815 Beckley Avenue, Dallas This 8k sf property was built in 2007 and is situated on 1.29 acres. It is within a densely populated area and is 0.8 miles from Methodist Dallas Medical Center.
