Masyno Osborn LLC (Anthony Bibars) of Coolidge, AZ purchased 2.34 acres in Phoenix for $5 mil. The land, located at 3500 N. 4th Ave, was sold by Phoenix-based Seventh Camel Inc (Kerry Knight).
Located at the northwest corner of Osborn Rd and 4th Ave in the Central Corridor, the acquisition consists of 100.2k sf of developable land. The site is near the Valley Metro Light Rail and at the center of the Central Corridor, among new residential, restaurants, and healthcare, education and research campuses.
Mark Bramlett, David Fogler and Steven Nicoluzakis of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the transaction.
