The buyer was Robert C. Williams Living Trust of Santa Rosa. The seller, Scottsdale-based Dos Compadres 67th LLC, was represented by Chris Hollenbeck of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office. The sale closed in just 10 days.
