CapPlus Technologies Buys 20k sf Industrial Facility in Phoenix

5/09/19

CapPlus Technologies has purchased a 20.6k sf, state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility in Phoenix for $2.93 mil, or $142/sf. CapPlus provides innovative production and packaging solutions for softgel caps, capsules, and tablets.

The manufacturing and light distribution facility is situated on a +1.35-acre yard at 905 East Salter Dr, within the Spectrum Ridge Business Park. It is located in the highly sought-after Deer Valley submarket which is currently experiencing low inventory and rising prices.

Mike Ciosek, Eric Bell, and Dylan Scott with Kidder Mathews represented the buyer and the seller, United Heating and Cooling, a full-service HVAC service firm based out of Kansas City, in the transaction. According to Ciosek, Spectrum Ridge is one of the best situated industrial parks in the area with a full diamond interchange to the Loop 101, less than a half mile away.
