Harsch Investment Properties has completed the development of two industrial buildings encompassing 723.7k sf at Speedway Commerce Center III in North Las Vegas. The buildings are located at 6255-6335 North Hollywood Blvd.
Speedway Commerce Center III is ideally located just off of the I-15 Fwy and the 215 Beltway, providing convenient access to major Southwest and West Coast cities. It features 32-foot minimum warehouse clear height, 50-foot concrete aprons, LED warehouse lighting, dock-high loading doors, ESFR Sprinklers with K17 rating, 60-foot speed bays and energy efficient evaporative coolers.
Building A features 390.9k sf and is currently 92% leased to several tenants including Matheson Trucking, Progressive Alloy, Everypet and Artesian Spa. Building A has one remaining unit and can accommodate a company looking for approximately 33k sf.
Building B features 333.7k sf and is currently 34% leased to several tenants including Valuepart, 2020 Exhibits and Scholastic Books. Building B can accommodate a variety of requirements ranging from 25k sf to 85k sf.
JLL’s Jason Simon, Rob Lujan and Xavier Wasiak are overseeing leasing at the property. With this latest development, Harsch has almost 3 msf of property in North Las Vegas.
