Buchanan Street Partners has wrapped up work on Incline at Anthem, a luxury, active adult apartment community in Herriman, UT. The 298-unit project offers a modern, highly-amenitized living experience for adults over the age of 55.
Located at 11901 Freedom Park Dr, Incline at Anthem is surrounded by a majestic mountain backdrop and is adjacent to the southern boundary of Daybreak, Utah’s largest and most successful master-planned community. Buchanan Street Partners purchased the partially-completed Incline project in 2017 with a vision to reposition the original development plan, adding high-end finishes and upscale amenities to deliver a Class A multifamily community.
The social hub of the community is a clubhouse that offers year-round social events and healthy lifestyle choices, including a fully-equipped fitness center with a yoga, cycle and CrossFit studio, a resort-style pool and spa, courtyards with fire pits and barbecues and a pet terrace to further encourage resident interaction. Apartment interiors feature contemporary designs and finishes, plus high-tech amenities such as programmable thermostats and lighting and USB charging outlets.
“Utah’s population has increased by nine percent in the past five years, the highest rate in the country, putting added pressure on an already constrained housing market,” noted Kevin Hampton, executive vice president of Buchanan Street Partners. “Regional growth and the increasing demand for a quality living experience by what we think are very youthful seniors bode well for the success of this project.”
