RV Harbor, a 421-space canopy RV and boat storage facility in Surprise, AZ, sold for $7.5 mil. Built in 2003, the property is located at 13516 W. Foxfire Drive.
RV Harbor is currently 90.5% occupied. Unlike most other RV and boat storage facilities in the Valley, every parking space at RV Harbor is covered or fully enclosed.
Paul Boyle and Rick Danis with Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, ADV Surprise Property Owner LLC of McKinney, TX, and the seller, RV Harbor LLC of Surprise.
“The RV and boat storage industry continues to increase in popularity with both investors and developers,” said Boyle. “Advantage Storage has historically been focused on existing self-storage facilities. RV Harbor represents their first acquisition in the RV and boat storage business.”
