Cohen Asset Management has acquired the Living Spaces Showroom and Distribution Center, a 437.2k sf, Class A industrial facility located at 6600 W Latham St in Phoenix. The price was not disclosed.
The Living Spaces Distribution Center and Showroom is an institutional, distribution facility with 122.9k sf of showroom space. The property is located adjacent to Interstate 10 and provides immediate access to Phoenix’s transportation infrastructure and growing population of over 4.5 million people.
