Zazzle Inc, an e-commerce company that allows designers and customers to create their own products, agreed to a 10-year lease for a 180.8k sf industrial facility at South Valley Commerce Center in Reno, NV.
The property, located at 811 Sandhill Rd, is owned and operated by Panattoni, a commercial real estate development company, and Hillwood Investment Properties, an industrial real estate development, investment, and advisory company.
Zazzle currently operates three facilities in California. They began looking to relocate their manufacturing facility about a year ago, and after looking at several locations in the United States, decided on Reno based on the quality of life and the ease of doing business in Nevada versus California.
Kidder Mathews commercial real estate brokers, Michael Nevis, Michael Hoeck, and Steve Kucera represented Panattoni and Hillwood in the transaction. Zazzle was repped by Dave Simonsen, also of Kidder Mathews, and John McKenna of Newmark Cornish & Carey.
