California Investor Buys 167-Unit Res Asset in Utah

An unnamed CA-based investor has purchased The Gate at Canyon Ridge, a 167-unit multifamily property located in Ogden, UT.

The Gate at Canyon Ridge consists of one- and two-bedroom units that range in size between 600 sf and 1k sf. The property is located near the mouth of Ogden Canyon and enjoys a beautiful overlook of the Ogden valley and the Great Salt Lake. Hiking trails in the adjacent mountains, part of the Wasatch Front, are accessible from the property. Some of the units were recently remodeled.

Unit amenities include walk-in closets, private balcony, gas fireplace, complete kitchen appliance package, and air conditioning. Select units have crown molding and vaulted ceilings. Site amenities include covered parking, a clubhouse with pool, lounge chairs, and sun deck, tennis court, laundry facility, fitness center, basketball court, dog park, and extra storage.
