Mountain Creek View Apartments LLC purchased Highland Hills, a 100-unit multifamily community in Dallas, TX. The price was not disclosed.
The garden-style community is located in the southern region of Dallas County and offers its residents numerous amenities including covered parking, an on-site laundry facility, and a swimming pool. Strategically located near Interstates 20, 35E, and 45, Highland Hills provides commuters easy access to Downtown Dallas or any part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area. The property is also in close proximity to a host of retail amenities and employment opportunities.
Boyan Radic, Doug Banerjee, Andrew Mueller and Ryan Hill of Greysteel represented the seller, Highland Hills Apartments LLC. According to Banerjee, Highland Hills underwent a significant rehab since being acquired in 2012 by the previous owner.
