Transwestern’s San Antonio office was awarded the leasing assignment for VISTA Corporate Center, a spec, Class A office development in San Antonio. The project, located at 13805 Interstate 10 W., is the only recent Class A or better building to be developed on a speculative basis in the highly sought-after Northwest submarket. Construction for the premier building is underway with completion expected in fourth-quarter 2016.
Transwestern Executive Managing Director Russell T. Noll, CCIM, CPM®, is working in conjunction with Deborah Bauer, founder of Drake Commercial Group, to lease the 157k sf project. The architect on the project is Studio M Architecture & Planning, and the contractor is G.W. Mitchell Construction.

VISTA Corporate Center will bring highly distinctive architecture to San Antonio’s Northwest submarket. The state-of-the-art design includes a striking porte cochère, floor-to-ceiling glass walls that create seamless indoor/outdoor transitions, advanced technology, fitness center and bistro. By using filtered light, natural views and contemporary concepts in greenscaping, VISTA combines stunning visuals with a healthy workspace.
In addition to quality design and amenities, VISTA Corporate Center will include a number of sustainable and economical features. The modern exterior canopy design of the roof will route rainwater to indigenous landscaped planters, and a 30-foot living wall near the entrance and outdoor seating area will cool the building in summer and add insulation in winter.
Situated at the southeast corner of Pecan Springs Rd and I-10, VISTA Corporate Center will be in close proximity to fine dining, high-end hotels, entertainment venues and upscale retail destinations. The property grounds will have communal gardens, lush landscaping, tree-lined walkways and a park.
