Molson Coors Brewing Co has leased 53.9k sf at the 1801 California Street office tower in Denver’s Central Business District. The Class A high-rise, owned by Brookfield Office Properties, contains 1.3 msf of space over 54 floors.
Cassidy Turley Senior Vice President Ted Harris and Managing Director Travis Young represented locally-based Molson Coors. Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice President Nicholas Pavlakovich and Brookfield Senior Vice President David Sternberg repped the landlord in the deal.
"We are pleased to be moving to 1801 California, which will allow us to maintain our headquarters presence in vibrant Downtown Denver," said Sam Walker, Molson Coors Brewing Company Global Chief People and Legal Officer. "This new location enables us to bring together our offices and employees under one roof and remain in the heart of Denver’s thriving business community."
