Tractor Supply Company Buys 100-Acre AZ Site for New Distribution Center

11/19/14

Tractor Supply Company recently acquired a 100-acre development site within the Central Arizona Commerce Park in Casa Grande, AZ. Tractor Supply, the largest rural lifestyle retail store chain in the United States, will build a 650k sf distribution center on the land.

The project is expected to create more than 250 local jobs. The development just broke ground on November 17, and is expected to be up and operating in the fourth quarter of 2015.

Central Arizona Commerce Park is a 416-acre, rail-served industrial park near the confluence of I-8 and I-10, between Phoenix and Tucson, and with direct access to the state’s main rail line. The multi-phase project is designed to accommodate both large and smaller users, and is supported by a strong local workforce. Other nearby major corporate neighbors include Frito Lay, Walmart and Abbott Labs.

Bill Honsaker, Anthony Lydon and Marc Hertzberg of JLL are the exclusive brokers for Central Arizona Commerce Park.
