Laurie Lyons has joined Cardinal Group Management as a Principal. In her new role, Lyons will be responsible for business development, client relations and strategic consulting of property management operations.
Lyon’s nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate field began as an onsite manager for a 287-unit multifamily portfolio. She continued in the industry with management, acquisitions and asset management responsibilities for BH Equities. She went on to co-found and serve as CEO for BH Management Services. Under Laurie's leadership, the company was named a "Top 50 Management Company" by MFE, with over 32,000 units in 16 states.
Prior to joining Denver-based Cardinal Group Management, Lyons was Senior Vice President for the Lynd Company where she developed business opportunities for the multifamily operator with more than 30,000 units.
Lyons is an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA), the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD). She is also involved with the Tennyson Center for Children in its battle against child neglect and abuse.
