Irvine-based Premier Business Centers (www.pbcenters.com), the largest privately owned executive suite and alternative workspace operation, has entered into a lease agreement with TC PROPCO II, LP to operate an executive suite in the Two Turtle Creek Village. Located on the 10th floor at 3838 Oak Lawn, this newly renovated tower has high visibility in the Uptown / Turtle Creek area of Dallas.
