Vision Offices Executive Suites L.P. agreed to a 10-year, $5.9 mil lease of a 35.2k sf ($1.40/sf/mo) building in Scottsdale, AZ. The property is located at 9375 East Shea Blvd, just east of the 101 Loop.
Vision Offices is a Scottsdale-based company that offers flexible office space solutions, including fully furnished executive suites, flex-tech suites and virtual office packages.
Troy Nelson and Scott Nelson worked with Tom Richards and Darren Tappen of Voit’s Phoenix office to represent LNR Property Corporation (LNR) in the transaction. LNR acted as the trustee for the landlord, JPMCC 2007-CIBC19 Shea Boulevard, in the transaction.
